Postage & Delivery
Please Note: During Victoria's Stage 4 restrictions Australia Post is experiencing significant delays with their deliveries. Click and Collects are only available during specified days and times. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be advised a day and time for collection via email. If you have any questions please email maree@zenssatherapy.com.au
Australian Customers
- Zenssa Therapy offers free EXPRESS postage via Australia Post to the value of $100 or more Australia wide. There is a $9.95 flat rate EXPRESS postage fee for all orders below this threshold.
- All orders will be packed & dispatched within 48 (1-2 days) hours of placement or next business day. (Bliss Balls are made to order and there is a 7-10 day turn around from placement of order). If your placed order falls on a weekend or Victorian public holiday please note it will be shipped on the next business day.
- You will receive an email once your order has been placed/shipped with all necessary information for tracing your order.
- For all orders shipped we use EXPRESS post via Australia Post.
- Please note we recommend providing a delivery address where there will be someone to receive the parcel between 9am – 5pm (Monday – Friday), as regular express post does not require a signature on arrival of delivery. This will also avoid any failed delivery attempts as we cannot accept responsibility for failed attempted delivery to the address provided by the customer. In most cases if the item has been ‘attempted’ to be delivered and no one is home, Australia post will leave a slip for you to collect your parcel at your nearest AUS Post office.
- Zenssa Therapy cannot accept responsibility of your order once the item/s have left the store and are in the possession of Australia Post. Ie: If your item is delivered with supporting evidence and has been stolen, miss-placed or lost in transit.
- In the case that your parcel hasn’t arrived in the above stated time frame please contact our customer service personal via email maree@zenssatherapy.com.au and they will endeavour to track your order for you.
- Zenssa Therapy cannot accept any responsibility’s for any delayed deliveries due to Australia Post or any unforeseen circumstances.
- We cannot take responsibility for shipped fragile items once they have left the store but will always endeavour to package your item in the best and most secure way to avoid any damage upon arrival.
- If there are delays due to stock reasons Zenssa Therapy will notify you and you will have the option of changing your order.
